So, lunch options around where i work can sometimes get kinda old. I dont feel like going far from my building, but so far, it consisted of(within 2 blocks)

Subway
Quiznos
Panda Express(gack)
Potbellies
Corner Deli(sandwiches)
Venice Cafe(italian)
Mcdonalds


So, i was excited when i saw a new restaurant opening across the street. Next door to Quiznos, across the street from subway. What is it?

So, answer me this. What person in their right mind, standing in a vacant storefront, next door to a quiznos, looking at a subway, thought...

"well, there is a deli on the corner, a potbellies a block away, these 2 sub shops right here...but goddammit, we need another sub shop".
