Just an update -
I talked to Mike Hachtel, and he said that Tim was suffering from pancreatitis, but that it was not keeping him down or from working, so he appeared OK to everyone. Last night though, he had a severe attack and became violently ill, so he went to the hospital. They transferred him to ICU, and then this morning, they loaded him onto a helicopter to fly to St. Vincent's, but he passed away enroute.
Thanks for everything you did for me, Tim. You were an inspiration and a great mentor to me through my college years.
Tim King...one of the most selfless men i have ever known. He will be missed.
