These guidelines pertain to anyone creating passwords(except the bit about filevault and keychain) and should be followed when creating passwords for anything that contains information about yourself that you dont want others to have, such as online banking, credit card statements, internet porn accounts, etc.
I mean....did i say internet porn, i meant to say STOCK PORTFOLIOS.
