If they're doing a test and fire an ICBM - and let's say it crashes - the 'nuke' part of the bomb does not go off. The process to get the 'nuke' is an atomic chain reaction and its not triggered by crashing to the ground.<BR/><BR/>That being said...<BR/><BR/>I think this story may be a fabrication on the military's part as a 'psi-op' against Iran. We've done it before and I wouldn't be surprised if this is more of the same.
